Looking for information about Emma Burnett 1920's - 1970. She lived in churchway, the house had a room with the Doctors surgery in it. Her husband was Archibald who died in 1930 and is buried in the churchyard at the bottom of the lane. She had 5 girls,who all lived in stockland. She left stockland to live in salisbury with one of her daughters.

Hello Everyone, Emma Burnett was my Gran, Barbara is my Mum, the other sister is called Pauline. Can anyone give more info on the family please, because Mum was 6 years old when her Father passed away. Ivy, Lena & Olive have all passed away, but Pauline lives in Seaton & Barbara (mum)is in Bridgnorth Shropshire, Mum has Alzheimers. She is in a Nursing Home.

I remember Mrs. Burnett, and sometimes saw her outside her cottage in Church lane, when i went to Sunday School and when i was older, Church Choir. My father tells me she had five daughters, Ivy, Olive, Barbara, Lena and is unable to remember the name of the fifth. Also that she moved to Southampton, though you could be correct about Salisbury, same first letter, same area ish! and he is elderly, bless him.
