Have traced the Bond family back to 1613 in Stockland but cant find where they came from. Would be very grateful of any help.

I noted that you were asking about the Bond family. I have been reading wills in the area of Devon that you are referring to, and there was a Bond family related to the Newberry family that I am studying. Robert Newbery of Yarcombe had a daughter that married a Bond. Hopefully this will help you.
