TUCKER FAMILY - I am related to a Tucker family from Stockland Devon. My great great grandfather was Timothy Tucker B. 1819, he had sons George Tucker B. 1854, Thomas Tucker B. 1857, Robert Tucker B. 1859 and a daughter - Sarah Tucker. Some of the family moved to South Wales.

Hi All - can anyone trace to Claude Amos Tucker - my grandfather - whom I never knew - he had a family in Barry - South Wales UK - including my Dad - Leslie Claud Tucker. My Dad ( now sadly dead ) remembers his father talking of visiting the sanitarium in Barry where his father ended his days owing to having picked up massive sun stroke in Aus.

I am descended from Robert Tucker and Mary Fry of Stockland Devon. He had four sons George (b27 March 1823), James (29 April 1825) - my line,Charles (29 June 1830), and Mark (29 April 1838. These four brothers migrated to Australia in 1849 and settled in the Hunter Valley (Maitland New Soth Wales)

Hi Ron, yes I am related to the Boyland family. I recently realised that I am only related to the Tucker family by marriage only. My grandmother was Minne Boyland. She married. She married Reginald Cripps who was my grandfather. Her parents, I believe, were Robert Page Boyland and Georgina Pearce.
