Stockland Fair, Stockland, East Devon EX14 9EF is normally held on Spring Bank Holiday Monday

Stockland Fair 2020

We regret to say that Stockland Fair 2020 will have to be cancelled. Following government measures announced this week and the uncertainty about the situation this is now the only option. With current forecasts putting the peak around the middle to end of May it would be irresponsible to be hosting an event attracting many thousands of people into the village. We also have to consider the health and well-being of our many volunteers, without whom we can not run a Fair.

This is very sad as the Fair is a focal point for the village and raises a lot of money for local causes. Rest assured that we will be aiming to bounce back for Stockland Fair 2021.

With all best wishes.
The Stockland Fair Team

The ancient village of Stockland is the setting for this glorious one-day traditional family oriented English fair originally granted by King Henry III to the Manor of Stockland in 1252. Stockland Fair regularly attracts more than 2000 visitors and is an afternoon of family fun featuring traditional games and entertainments, rural crafts and displays, food, stalls and music. Stockland is in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is approximately six miles equidistant from the towns of Axminster, Chard and Honiton. The Fair is held in the grounds of Stockland Victory Hall, with grass field parking provided close by with the generous help of local landowners
